The gym was excellent. It has several treadmills and a variety of weight machines. The pool area was well kept. I also found the breakfast to be really good with fresh options. The chef was very attentive to guests.

The air conditioning unit made a slight buzzing noise during the night.

The room decor throughout the hotel was colorful and full of character. The staff were warm and friendly. This. The wave therapy in the spa area was a highlight of my stay.. I had a wonderful visit.

The air conditioning in room 511 was not working effectively. I also noticed the ventilation in the bathrooms seemed inadequate. We were told they didn't have the pancake delivery yet.

the room was very spacious and clean. the bed was massive and super comfy. we loved the easy access to getting around. the health club was good and i found the staff helpful at breakfast and at the bar. kian was so helpful!!!

the pillows were too soft and small. it was an issue that i noticed.
